Peak Solutions Vocational Services was established in 1997 to provide quality, cost-effective vocational and disability management services to employer, injured worker and insurance carrier, while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Connie L. Kane, MS, CDMS, CRC
Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Ms. Kane earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling from SUNY Oswego. She holds certifications since 1997 as
- Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
- Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS)
She is a member of IARPPS (International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector. She also founded a network of independent rehabilitation counselors in an effort to provide the most cost-effective services for her customers.
Ms. Kane is unlike other owners of case management companies, in that she continues to maintain an active client caseload. She has worked continually with clients in the field since she began vocational rehabiltation counseling over 15 years ago. Continuing to work one-on-one with injured workers has helped Ms. Kane to maintain her objectivity, even as she has expanded her services to include consulting to major national and international insurance carriers, supervision of field vocational and medical case managers and actively working with government officials involved in the NYS Workers’ Compensation Reform of 2007.
Ms. Kane has provided long-term in-house consulting for No-Fault insurance (AIG, Met Life Auto & Home), Worker’s Compensation insurance (NYSIF, APA Partners), and LTD insurance (Met Life Disability). In addition to her consulting and vocational case management work, Ms. Kane provides ergonomic, TID (Total Industrial Disability), Section 32, and other such vocational assessments, TSA’s (Transferable Skills’ Analysis) and Labor Market Surveys for BI, Liability, Divorce and Malpractice claims.
Ms. Kane also supervises a staff of CRC’s providing a full realm of vocational, medical and forensic services.
